Support
Ron support.
Everything you need to get Ron working, plus how to reach a human when you need one.
Getting started
- 01
Tell Ron about your household
A short setup: who is in the family, the recurring rhythms, what you want handled. No spreadsheet migration.
- 02
Hand things off in plain language
“Make sure the trash goes out Tuesday nights” or “remind me about permission slips.” Ron turns intent into standing work.
- 03
Ron follows through
It tracks, reminds, reassigns, and escalates to you only when it needs a decision. You check in; you do not maintain it.
Troubleshooting
Ron is not sending reminders
Check that notifications are enabled for Ron in iOS Settings → Notifications → Ron. If Focus or Do Not Disturb is active, reminders may be held until the Focus ends. If notifications are enabled and reminders still are not arriving, email us with your device model and iOS version.
Ron is not responding, or responses are slow
Ron needs an internet connection to reason about your household. Check your connection first. If you are online and Ron is still unresponsive, force-quit the app and reopen it. If the problem persists, contact support with the approximate time it happened so we can look at our logs.
I forgot the Kids Mode PIN
For security, the PIN cannot be recovered from within the app. Contact support from the email address on the account and we will verify ownership and help you reset it.
Something is assigned to the wrong family member
Open the item and reassign it, or tell Ron directly — for example, “move the trash chore to me.” If assignments keep landing on the wrong person, let us know; that is a bug we want to see.
I want to export my household's data
Email privacy@kfdigital.studio from the address on your account and we will provide a copy of your data. See the Ron privacy policy for details on what is included.
