This policy explains how KF Digital Studio LLC, an Indiana limited liability company (“KF Digital Studio,” “we,” “us”) collects and uses personal information through kfdigital.studio and our general business operations.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact form submissions. Your name, email address, chosen topic, and the content of your message.
• Launch notifications. Your email address, if you ask to be notified when a product launches.
• Direct correspondence. Anything you send us by email.

Information collected automatically

Our web host records standard server logs, including IP address, browser user agent, and pages requested. These are used to keep the site running and secure.

We do not use advertising trackers or third-party marketing cookies on this website. See our cookie notice for details.

How we use information

• To respond to your enquiries and provide support.
• To send you the launch announcement you asked for — and nothing else.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Legal bases

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent for launch emails; our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and keeping our services secure; and legal obligation for record-keeping.

Service providers

We use a small number of vendors to operate the business — web hosting, email delivery, and form handling. They process information only on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Retention

We keep contact form submissions and correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter and for a reasonable period afterwards. Launch notification addresses are deleted after the announcement is sent, or when you unsubscribe — whichever comes first.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of some US states, including under the CCPA/CPRA, have comparable rights.

Children

This website is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it. Ron’s Kids Mode is covered separately in the Ron privacy policy.

International transfers

We operate from the United States and information we collect is processed there. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for transfers out of the EEA or UK.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, but we design for the least data necessary. To report a vulnerability, see our security policy.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
